Web Application Process

WEB Application Manual

*Please refer to the manual as the language is Japanese for some system reasons.

  1. STEP1

    My Page / Personal Information Registration

    Create a My Page on the site and register your personal information.

  2. STEP2

    Subscription Fee Payment / Mailing of Documents

    Please pay the course fee at any financial institution counter or ATM in Japan. Please send the documents listed on My Page in an envelope by registered mail or express mail from a post office within the application period to the following address. (Must arrive no later than the end of the application period)

  3. STEP3

    Exam Voucher Finalization / Examination

    Once your application for a registration has been received by the school, you will be notified of your examination number from within your account page (My Page). Please present the screen of your examination voucher when you come to the school for the examination.

  4. STEP4

    Pass/Fail Confirmation

    On the day the results are announced (approximately 10 days after the examination), applicants will be notified of their results in the list of registered examination dates on the top page of the website after logging in. Successful applicants will receive a letter of acceptance and the necessary documents for admission separately.

  5. STEP5

    Tuition Deposit / Admission

    Please pay the enrollment fee and tuition as indicated in the enrollment documents by the designated date. After confirmation, you will be notified of acceptance by e-mail.
