We may outsource the processing of personal information in the course of our business to external companies, such as data centers that operate and manage our servers, software development companies that build and maintain our databases, and direct mail distribution agencies.
When outsourcing, we select contractors on the condition that they meet a sufficient standard of personal information protection, enter into confidentiality agreements with them, and provide necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure that they handle personal information appropriately.
