Rei Shito is one of Japan’s leading street style photographers and fashion journalists.
Born in Ishikawa Prefecture and a graduate of Waseda University, she is known for her unique ability to capture the essence of her subjects through both photography and words — a style that has earned her fans both in Japan and abroad.

Each season, she travels the globe to cover fashion weeks, sharing her sharp, trend-setting eye through impactful images and thoughtful commentary.
Recognized as a top authority in street style, Rei is also known as a cultural guide to “Tokyo Style.”

Drawing on her extensive experience as a street style photographer, she is active across a wide range of platforms, including television, radio, fashion seminars, writing, and public speaking.
