ESMOD Tokyo boasts an overwhelming number of class hours, the amount of assignments, and the quality of classes, which enables a high employment rate in creative occupations. This means that if students at ESMOD Tokyo study hard for three years based on the school's curriculum, they can pursue the career path they desire!
Utilizing the creativity, internationality, and high technical skills cultivated at ESMOD Tokyo, graduates of ESMOD Tokyo are active in a wide variety of countries and industries, including seniors working at famous fashion houses overseas, seniors who have launched their own brands and presented collections in Paris or Tokyo, and seniors who work for major apparel companies.
AlumniInstructors and advisors work together to provide individual counseling to help students build their career plans. We provide advice and, if necessary, technical training to help students find employment at a company that best suits their individual needs. We continue to support you after graduation, from training, job hunting, career changes, and starting your own business.
Through mock interviews based on real corporate recruitment scenarios, students strengthen their ability to clearly express their strengths, motivation, and career vision. Repeated practice continues until each student feels confident in their wording, while practical advice is also provided on portfolio creation and preparation for skills-based examinations.
In the Paris Exchange Course, ESMOD supports overseas job searches—particularly in France—through its international network. Business-level language skills are required, but students may receive career support from ESMOD campuses abroad, including company introductions, as well as assistance with job hunting in Japan after returning.
Those who wish to do so will have on-site training (internship) at a company, which they can use in their job search. Many students successfully complete their internship and are subsequently hired by the company.
We invite human resources and specialist staff from companies to ESMOD Tokyo to provide company overviews and job opportunities. These small-group sessions allow for deeper learning about the company and its work through Q&A sessions.
A company's on-site representative is invited, and each student gives a presentation based on their work and portfolio. This is considered part of the recruitment process, and many students receive job offers at this screening session.
